Throughout my career, I’ve been unwavering in my dedication to advancing health outcomes for the vulnerable members of our community. My professional journey commenced in the field of Mental Health, with a particular emphasis, interest and experience in Correctional and Forensic Mental Health. As a seasoned senior manager, I have meticulously developed my expertise in communication, project management, strategic planning, problem solving and innovation. My driving force is to empower individuals, leaders and teams to ensure that the care provided is measured, meets the consumer's needs, supported by evidence and delivered in partnership. I have coached over 100 individuals, leaders and executive leaders.
